What We’re Doing
Steelcase is following all mandates and guidelines in the places where we do business around the world. That means things may be different, depending on where you are, and things will continue to change. Despite this, one thing remains the same — we’re doing all we can to keep people safe and healthy.
Orders and Delivery
We continue to ship product orders as quickly as we can and we’re following additional safety measures at our warehouse and delivery process. As the situation evolves, we will be reviewing each order and following up with a potential delivery date. Please note, in some cases, orders may be delayed and may take up to 15 days or more to deliver after the order date. We will contact you within 3-5 working days of order date to schedule a delivery.
- Standard shipping service is provided for all our products
- You will be notified by email when your order is confirmed and our Customer Care team will contact you to schedule a date and time for delivery
- Steelcase reserves the right to change an order delivery/installation date if the appropriate services are not available
- If there delay in delivery due to the customer, a storage fee will apply. The customer will be responsible for paying this fee.
Installation
In an effort to protect the health of our customers and installers, we are taking extra steps to follow the latest safety guidance by providing masks, gloves, sanitisers and thermometers to our delivery and installation team. Should your Steelcase product require assembly, our installation team will arrive wearing masks, gloves and shoe cover. They will take their temperature and show this to you before entering your address. They will also have hand sanitizers on hand.
